I go here regularly through class pass and love the gym. It has everything from free weights to bands, turf and more. It’s a motivating gym where everyone is almost always working out with a purpose.
The weekend hours suck, but the gym has a good freeweight selection.
I'm doing a 7 day trial currently, but I really like it here so far. There is a ton of strength training/lifting equipment. It does not feel overcrowded like La Fitness. The coffee and towel service is also great. I love the location. Close to my home, but also close to other convenient spots for quick errands afterwards. (Piedmont Park/Beltine, Trader Joes, Coffee shops)
Great gym, lots of equipment & weights, very friendly people
Very nice gym, has everything you need. The owner is very nice but no one smiles, no one says hi to each other. Not used to this kind of vibe at gyms.
