Oh my gosh....I absolutely love this place from the peeps to the service to the amazing art on the walls! The Owner, Kat was so warm and personable☺️ I had threading done for the first time and the Beauty gal, Desiree made me feel so comfortable and my brows looked better then when I get them waxed. I had the best facial much needed facial and going back for one on a weekly with Marie bc she's so rockin cool!!! I love how they support the local artists!!!
The staff was so friendly. My hotel being within walking distance was perfect. I felt part of the neighborhood even though I was visiting. The services I received (mani/pedi, brow & face threading, leg waxing) were well done by friendly people. When I make the trip again, I'm definitely visiting. You made my vacay feel luxurious.
I had the pleasure of getting my nails done today by an amazing lady at a wonderful place. If anyone is in need of some pampering, I highly recommend Urban Beauty Bar in Bend. Friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and reasonably priced. Thank you Kristin for the fabulous job you did :)

Went for a mani/pedi and was very disappointed. It's was expensive and the service was not very good. The nail tech was late for my appointment then rushed through the service. Didn't even soak or loiton my hands. Seats were very uncomfortable for mani and pedi.
