I just started at Urban and I love it! GREAT PEOPLE that work and work out there.
I joined urban in December. I am fifty and totally unfit. So much so that I couldn't pick my self off the floor. I started doing the urban fit class with Shane . It was awesome. He and coach will truly care about you. They work with you helping you get stronger and feel like your part of something. So blessed to find someone who cares about me and is willing to help me become more fit and stronger!
Gyms can be overwhelming, especially for older folks who haven't been exercising most of their lives. Urban Athletic is a wonderful, warm and friendly place where everyone can feel comfortable, no matter how physically fit they are (or aren't). I started an individual program with Coach Will about 2-3 months ago, and there is already such a difference! My stiff and painful joints are more flexible and no longer painful, my endurance has improved and I'm in a great mood most of the time! I highly recommend Urban Athletic!
I love Urban Athletic! I never thought I would like going to a gym, but once I started I am now addicted!
It can be difficult joining a gym for the first time but urban made it easy, everyone is really nice and the staff are great they are there to help you do what you want, I don't know much about working out but the staff are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing for sure urban is awesome! Im definitely looking forward to my future in fitness here�
