Best place on earth!! If you need a place to get started with your fitness journey or you are a top of the line fitness lover and know everything there is to know about the fitness world.. this is the gym you want to join! Nobody makes me feel like I'm not doing a good job because I can't push as much weight as the person next to me.. I have full confidence in all of the trainers! I feel so good knowing that I'm walking into a place where I'm treated like family 😊
I have been going to Urban for about 4 months now and I have loved every minute of it. The trainers are always upbeat and want you to be your best and motivate you to keep going even when you are tired and think you can't go anymore.
urban Athletics is the best! I have never felt so comfortable at a gym before. I love urban training and the group classes. The coaches are friendly and always take time to say hello and answer questions. I definately recommend this gym!! Oh I also tan here!
Okay for one I was scared to death to join a gym, then I walked into Urban Athletic Training Center! It was like Peace settled in and realized that it really wasn't that bad. Shane got me signed up and ready to go. He provided a great explanation of all they have to offer. This ranges from the weights portion, crossfit.. you name it they got it. I have only been going a week and I look forward to coming back every day. From day one every one has been very inviting and helpful, and to my surprise no on looks at you or says anything they are all too busy working on their own fitness goals.
Been going here for almost a year. Its been hard for as I very over weight but they all have helped me in everyway possible. Made some good friends can't wait to lose more weight and have another great year at the gym!!!
