I am unsure where monthly HOA goes. The "account" is not accessable and therefore we have to pay for things out of pocket. the building is suppposed to have monthly cleaning but is more like 6 months of cleaning. Machelle is impossible to get ahold of. this has been a horrilble experince
Urban Apple has been fantastic at addressing issues in and around my unit. A special shoutout to Andrew for resolving my plumbing issue so quickly and efficiently—he made the whole process stress-free!
It’s been 50/50 with these folks. 50% of the time when the issue is minor such as moving out/in, addressing issues with our back gate, or generally low-priority items they’ve been great. Unfortunately when it came time for them to advocate on our behalf and assist us with an issue we were having with our downstairs neighbor they were less than helpful in coordinating with our HOA to get the repairs done. Non responsive and unsupportive. Do not recommend. Lack of clarity into where $$ goes and why certain things aren’t paid for yet other costs go up. Will sell my place managed by them; overall frustrating and disappointing experience.
