Misdiagnosed my cat and had a horrible corporate response. Went in for 3 visits and a day long stay and after we’ve spent $1000 on care had nothing to say. Horrible communication and half assed care, go anywhere else.
RecommendedHad a great experience there this morning! Unexpected visit as our dog was in obvious pain and we got a rapid diagnosis and treatment started. Vet was thorough and took time to answer questions and explain her condition. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We have only gone there twice for urgent issues but they will now be our regular vet.

Recently my cat went through an illness that sadly resulted in him having to be put to sleep. The staff at Urban Animal was so caring and supportive the whole time. Sensitive to how hard it was on me and taking such good care of my beloved cat in his last few weeks of life. I will forever be grateful for their care and will continue to bring my other cat there for her checkups and medical care. Thank you Urban Animal.
