Our most serious visits were with our kitty, Freddy back in January when he suddenly stopped eating (a huge red flag for a 23lb food enthusiast). RecommendedUrban Animal is amazing, even during COVID times. I have been in numerous times. When our two year old lab tore his ear, they got him on the surgery schedule right away. When our chihuahua ended up in the ER with congestive heart failure, they were there to follow up with a plan and medication refills. All of this has been since COVID started, but of course. RecommendedJust fantastic - untraditional operating style while maintaining standard of care is exceptional, accommodating, and approachable. Seattle is lucky to have a vet that prioritizes pet care all while offering walk-in appointments, extended operating hours, reasonable transparent pricing, and more.
RecommendedProfessional but relaxed atmosphere, and excellent care. I wasn't partial to the no-appointment setup because of wait time but I never ended up waiting any longer than I have at any other vet (that I would have even made an appointment at), they were considerate, helpful and somehow handled relating us some very difficult news they had to tell us well (all things considered). Thank you all at Urban Animal Capitol Hill.
RecommendedMy wife and I were very excited when the White Center location moved in down the road from us. We had to take our little Lulu in yesterday and despite the circumstance being stressful the staff there was AMAZING! It was the best experience at a vet we have ever had (and with 3 pups we’ve had our share, lol)! We couldn’t be more grateful for their compassion, communication, and kindness!
