Do not EVER do business with this company if you can avoid it. I was forced into working with them, when my building switched property managers right in the middle of when I was trying to sublease my unit. I had the displeasure of working with Mitch Price. At first, I thought things would be okay. He seemed reasonable and that he was going to work with me. I was wrong. I was looking to buy my first home and my loan person recommended Natasha at Urban Acres. She was very helpful and patient with me. I wanted to look at places in small towns surrounding Iowa City/ Cedar Rapids. She drove some miles to help me find my place and I really appreciated it.
