From start to finish, Urbach Roofing was great. They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and there were no added or hidden costs. Everyone was very professional and friendly and worked hard - from those doing the tear-off, the installers, and to the paperwork after completion. Have already recommended them to others.
From start to finish the work was done fast! Any issues that we had were taken care of immediately (ie. cleanliness of the jobsite). When we had questions after the first visit, Roger took time to answer us personally. I would recommend Urbach Roofing to anyone needing their roof worked on or replaced by reliable individuals and in a timely fashion.
Roger had an answer to every question, and then some. We were extremely pleased with how informative, helpful, and professional he was, working with us while we made adjustments to our roof. Urbach Roofing removed the old shingles on my mobile home and installed a new underlay and shingles. The challenging part was the junction between the porch awning and the aluminum siding where a side roof gable offered no overhang to protect the awning. The original installers had simply caulked that junction, which then cracked and required continued re-caulking. My roof was at end of life and I was looking to have it re-roofed. I had several quotes and I didnt feel comfortable with some of the sales people or their prices were far too high. Roger explained everything to me in detail and I felt comfortable with his answers to my questions. I contacted several roofing companies in the San Marcos area to submit bids for my re-roof job. Urbach's proposal was the most professional , complete and detailed. Quality workmanship was professional with attention to details. The office staff was supportive providing feedback.
After the third year of patching a leaky roof we finally decided to get it replaced. We wanted to get solar panels installed, coordinated with the project. We chose Urbach Roofing after they did a great job repairing the roof at our church in Escondido. Roger and Angel did a great job defining the project and explaining the work to be done.
