Tanya is amazing. She provides such a safe, non-judgmental space and always makes me feel seen and supported. I have gone to Taunya for a while now and I can say with certainty that she is very kind and extremely easy to talk to. She has provided me with many useful tools to help me with any and all of my struggles, tools that I have shared with people in my life that have been helpful to them as well.
I have never talked to a therapist before as I'm generally a healthy and cheerful person. However my guy beat me up bad one night resulting in charges and trauma. I don't feel bad after letting it out and Taunya is always been able to fit me in her schedule, which is important with trauma. Very professional, great advice and a calm atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience with Taunya, she is such a wonderful soul and makes you feel comfortable and heard. She talks to you in such a calming manor, she provides useful tools that has helped me calm myself down and her explanation on how to do these exercises is very straight to the point. She is the first Therapist I have ever spoken too and helped me get back on my feet as well as getting me back to the way I used to be.
