Clean and nice people. Quick service. Got what I needed and I was on my way. I will head there again if necessary.
Walked right in and was greeted with all smiles and prompt service!!!!! The staff were all very empathetic for my son! We where out in less than 30 mins ...oh and the Keurig hot chocolate totally sealed our great experience,Thanks to UR Thompson Urgent Care I was able to get my son seen and treated and in bed by 9! Awesome job.
Took around 2 hours as 5 people ahead of me, but was quiet and when I got to the room wasn't too long a wait. Friendly staff and doctor.
I got great care here. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the reception area. There is no privacy at the check-in desk and everyone in the waiting area can hear your private information as you give it.
