Unprofessional and incompetent.
I have been seeing Kelsey for years now and she is excellent. But the nurses who respond to messages and people that work to schedule you are easily confused and rude when you need something. It is frustrating because finding a good primary care provider is challenging so leaving isn’t an option I’m interested in, but I find myself very frustrated with the rest of the staff and the incompetence pretty often.
My entire experience today at North Ponds Family Medicine was excellent. I first spoke with Julie who was so personable and friendly on the phone. She was able to get me in for an appointment the same day! I then met with the NP Anna who was over the top amazing and so helpful. This is a great team of medical professionals. Thank you also much.
Kelsey is absolutely amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice.
Took a bit to get in but worth the wait. I was very happy after my first appointment with Dr. Shaw. He was attentive, communicated clearly, and helped me set some treatment goals I've been putting off. The RN and other staff I worked with were all great, too!
