Took a bit to get in but worth the wait. I was very happy after my first appointment with Dr. Shaw. He was attentive, communicated clearly, and helped me set some treatment goals I've been putting off. The RN and other staff I worked with were all great, too!
This practice has gone downhill since K. Eisenburg left. I went from feeling heard and cared for to dealing with doctors who act superior, don’t listen, and don’t take me seriously. They show no genuine concern for patients. If you’re late due to circumstances out of your control, they won’t see you. I even had an appointment with a doctor listed as one of my primaries for an online appointment as I thought this would be better, and he still refused to help me claiming he is not my primary. Dr. Hartman has always been wonderful with my family’s care and Dr. Yosha delivered our beautiful girl. I’d happily recommend North Ponds Family Medicine to anyone, we’ve had nothing but good experiences.
I see KELSEY HYNES, NP. I never leave reviews but I have to rave about her because she is THE BEST Healthcare provider I have ever seen!! She’s extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. She’s also very very friendly, extremely helpful and I feel comfortable around her! I Highly recommend Kelsey Hynes!!
