I have been going here for the last few years and everyone is great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Would not want to go anywhere else.
I was charged $270 for one short 30-minute physical therapy session here where I was shown a few exercises. The people at the front desk NEVER informed me of this cost and I had no idea they were fleecing me for this much until I received a bill 6 weeks later. Absolutely outrageous.
I had surgery at the Cleveland clinic and my doctor referred me for PT and UR Medicine refuses to use my referral and is denying care even though my insurance doesn’t require a referral and they have a perfectly good referral from my neurosurgeon. Ridiculous!
I have seen both Nicole and Chris for my knee injuries and they are wonderful people, they actually care and are very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone ☺️
I have terrible medical anxiety and just recently injured my hand that required having my first surgery. This office has been so supportive and kind throughout the entire process so far. The receptionists are all wonderful, I've had minimal to no pain post - op by Dr Gonzales and I met with the NP Karen today for the first time and her bedside manner is extraordinary.
