This review is not about the services at UR ortho Webster (which were great), it’s about their phone systems. My son broke his arm in September and the school nurse recommended a few places to try for x-rays, and this was one of the places. I called and was routed to a centralized phone line with a wait time of over one hour. I input my number and waited for a callback.
