Everyone is always friendly here and the wait times are not bad if you don’t come first thing. They have a great system of aiming in e it h a QR code.

Sometimes the wait can be frustratingly long, but regardless of that, the receptionist and phlebotomists are consistently fantastic. The actual blood draw is **always** quick and efficient -- and they're friendly no matter how many people are in the waiting room or how close it is to closing for lunch. I very much appreciate everyone who works at this location and I will come back to this location every time I need blood drawn.

Very slow, after texting them that I was there it took 50 minutes before the secretary called me up just to confirm the blood order then another 25 minutes before I was called in for the blood draw.

I have always received professional and friendly and accurate lab work from the front desk to the phlebotomy area. People are sometimes waiting to be called from their cars so you don’t really know who is waiting. There are also people who have the wrong orders and they have to get it corrected by their physician’s office. There might be few people waiting and one phlebotomist. I’m grateful for all of them!
