I have never been so enraged in my life. I suffer from PTSD and have a service animal. The company refused my service animal, made me show my protected health information and still declined to accept. I had to involve the police and file an incident report before they would allow me my civil rights. I had already paid in full and they were not allowing us access to our Room.
