If you want to use an external pharmacy you have to get a paper script, then go to the post office to mail it in. It is annoying especially as it’s clear attempt to get us to use the vets private and more expensive pharmacy. Terrible experience as most other vets are happy to call Chewy for prescriptions.
Very sweet and gentle staff! They absolutely love my dog, provide her treats for distraction (but always ask me first!), and took the time to get to know her history before and after I rescued her! They're very thorough and patient
My dog Lissy passed away yesterday, but I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Uptown Veterinarian. I brought her here during the last few months of her life, and the care she received meant so much to me. Everyone was always supportive and honest. The doctors were great, they took the time to explain things and always gave me different options for how to treat her, which helped me feel confident in the choices I made.
