Very poor business practices, the receptionist’s did not note when I rescheduled my appointments twice and Odie dropped me as a client even though it was the fault of the business. They claimed they left me voicemails confirming the service on and when I said there was no voicemail in my phone log they changed the date they said they called (also to a date that is not in my phone log.) No calls from them. Very disappointing since I enjoyed my services with her before. If I could give zero stars I would.
Kaitlyn did my hair today and i’ll never go anywhere else! It was my first time here after a few bad experiences somewhere else and she made me feel so comfortable, she was sweet, knowledgeable, and my hair came out amazing. Will absolutely be a returning client!!

Uptown is always great. It’s a beautiful space in a convenient location. Michelle is truly an expert for facials. It’s such a treat to go.
Excellent massage by Kayla! She is amazing and personalizes what you need! What an exceptional experience. Will be back!
