Uptown Pup is truly like a second family for my dog, PJ! From the moment we pull into the parking lot, PJ's tail starts wagging non-stop- she can't wait to get inside. Everyone greets her by name with genuine smiles and so much love. It's such a comfort knowing she's surrounded by people who truly care. Boarded our dog here a few times. Staff is always friendly to us and our dog. They have some things to buy in lobby like toys and treats. We always get the penthouse and it comes with a webcam, so we can check in on our dog if we want. They have nice add-ons during boarding as well. We always get a treat puzzle and tummy rub club. They do good work at the spa as well. They have doggie daycare but we haven’t utilized that service.
