Our dog Charley is very single minded (Half Boarder Collie), and had started lunging at cars and bikes on walks. It was kind of scary and frustrating for all of us. We had done dog training before but it didn't seem to be working now. So we called Jimmie at Uptown pup. Jimmie trained us and Charley, we learned how to check in with him and be aware of his anxiety. Jimmie taught us how to make Charley feel safer on walks, and us too!!!!! So far so good! The team at Uptown Pup has been awesome to work with and our pup loves going in to see them. We’ve used several boarding options in the city and Uptown Pup has been the best for us. The team is always friendly at check in, very helpful if questions come up, and quick to respond to any messages or calls. Keep up the great work!
I’ve sent my dog here a handful of times and I can’t say enough good things about this place! As a helicopter mom this is the only place I trust to send my dog to. I even drive wayyyy out of the way to choose this place. They take all instructions for your dog seriously, and every time I call to check up on him get thorough updates and they’ll be honest with you if things aren’t going well.
