Kelsey was not only incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond to care for my anxious border collie who absolutely hates the blow dryer. She took the time to soothe him with peanut butter pup ice cream and even shared helpful tips on how to gently reintroduce him to the blow dryer at home. Acts of kindness like this truly stand out. I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion — will continue to be loyal customer!
In 2021, we brought our dog home from the shelter and made our first stop at Uptown Pup to pick up all the essentials (and a few not-so-essentials—the toys were impossible to resist!).
