WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My husband and I contracted with the Uptown Property to rent our first rental house. This company rented our 2 bedroom small townhouse to a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers from ages of 15-18. After the third month the renters started being late with the rent. We got many noise complains from the next door neighbors and even one texted us a picture of their cars parking illegally on the front sidewalk, as well as the HOA for cutting down side bushes.
