The property manager and owner of Uptown Properties is rude and disrespectful to owners. I would not recommend working with Uptown Properties in any capacity.
I couldn’t discourage someone from renting here strongly enough. The rent is too high for the quality of the building. The management staff is incompetent and/or uncaring. Nearly every week something in the building is broken and takes several weeks to fix, including front and back door latches/bolts, front door windows, front door awnings (to the point where you couldn’t exist the building), laundry room facilities (until the building owner posted an aggressive sign that said she won’t make repairs for another 6 years), dra... read more
