Excellent customer service from every one in the office.
My experience was great as far as "no pain" which I am excited in that whatever Dr. Vu does do to avoid that, is great!A couple of things:1) The patients should be told before your procedure that you are required to pay in full the bill the same day as the procedure especially if it is in the thousands (most people do not have $1,000 plus to pay for a procedure on the say day, even $500!)2) The care for the patient seems to be missing in the area of once your procedure is done, I am used to the doctor/dentist at least tellin... read more
