This was my first apartment, and what an absolutely horrible experience it was. Very unprofessional staff, the management has no experience! They would mess up paper work that I had already signed then cross things out after the fact without my knowledge. Jody is extremely rude and condescending. The phone is also never answered when trying to get ahold of management.
