Decisions made without contacting the patient regarding them.

One of the WORST experiences I have ever encountered with a doctor's office. I attempted 6 times to contact this office (both email and phone) to make an appointment. Sent the required paperwork 3 times and finally spoke to Barbara the "manager" who was less than helpful and loaded with condescending comments. I chose this doctor's office because of there efforts in the LBGTQ community, but I sadly report there are less than a warranted to service people with professionalism and respect. The poor service from Barbara and the front office overshadows the great work of the physicians. Save yourself the anxiety and avoid the poor service of the individuals you interact with more than the doctors. It’s not an isolated issue, I have multiple examples.
Best group of doctors in town. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Best staff i have ever dealt with
Peter Triporo is the true professional you are looking for. Is an Encyclopedia all things medical, but also fun, friendly, and overall a great guy. I never enjoyed going to the doctor until I met Peter Triporo now I wish I could go every week just to catch up! Truly a world class medical professional, great friend, great human, and a pillar in the community.
