I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. Unfortunately, my first review is motivated by the great amount of disappointment and anger I felt when I walked out of the dentist office today! To get to the point: First, the dentist was not friendly nor did she make me feel comfortable about my cavity. She filled it very promptly and in a hurry. Now each time I floss, the floss gets caught on a rough edge that was never smoothed out during the filling. My tooth has now become sensitive because I have to force the floss to clean above the jagged edge and under my gum. Foo... read more

Most of their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
