I used this cleaning service twice, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. After the cleaning, I noticed the kitchen floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there was hair left behind in the shower. I shared photos and politely asked if the bathroom counters had been cleaned. I never asked for a refund or discount—I understand things can get missed sometimes. I worked for them for two days. They overwork their cleaners. Me and another lady which I don’t know we started getting trained by the supervisor. Some major flags we noticed they only let us use two rags to clean( yes we cleaned the kitchen with the same rag we cleaned the toilet and everything else). She didn't ask for my ID or nothing so if someone has a background you would never know. I hired them to clean up my empty apartment (we live out of town). The cleaning was okay, and they helped us with the carpet cleaning. The issue is that they left one of my toilets running water. My realtor found out 10 days later, and I received a huge water bill at the end of that period. I communicated with the owner, and they rejected responsibility.
