The management has been notified for months in regards to my broken washing machine and they just now are looking for a plumber? Bottom line is don't live here. You are better off staying at Campus Crossing where you get replies and feedback in days not months.
My mother has lived here for 4 years. Her apartment building has not had ac or heat since June of last year. There are 6 huge holes in her ceiling cut by maintenance because there is a constant water leak caused by a rat infestation. Her apartment flooded 3 times since the first of January. The stink is unbearable.Tonight there was a meeting and the tenants were told by management that they would still have to pay their rent and basically nothing will be done immediately to fix these problems.
