Same reviewer...different car... Uptown service department has once again disappointed this customer. While they FINALLY figured out what the problem was with our 2015 Lincoln Navigator (after numerous trips to the service department & many trial and error attempts to rectify the problem--see June, 2020 review) this review is related to our 2015 Jeep Cherokee and an oil change that was performed on 12/5/2020; they also performed a 70,000 mile inspection and received "green" light on everything. Our current issues are not necessarily with the Wauwatosa dealership/salesperson/manager but with the inability to locate the precise problem(s) and finally MAKE OUR PURCHASE RIGHT. I had a extremely poor experience with this dealership and with a salesperson by the name of Owen. They sold me a lemon and despite my request for a refund, they refused. I have since had to put in over $5000 to make the car safe to drive (I've had the car only 4 months). Never again Uptown. And for anyone else considering them, do yourself a favor . . . don't.

Excellent group of people! Salesmen, Dieter *. and Mark *. are very helpful and Mary Ann from financing will search high and low to find the payment plan for your budget. They helped me find two cars and one of the cars had a slight problem that they fixed quickly and without hesitation. I’ve never had a better car-buying experience. Staff was very attentive! I will buy another car from Uptown because of the great experience I’ve had.
