We bought Drusilla's Pond 3.25 solid flooring to go in our new build and installed it ourselves. Absolutely beautiful flooring. We have never installed hardwood before, but I can't imagine it could get any better than this. Flooring is milled near perfect, very rarely is there even a bowed board (and VERY minimal if it is), they went together almost as if they were engineered. I couldn't be more happy with this flooring, highly, highly recommend.

Ken, and his products, are amazing! We've had our 6-1/4" Red Oak Flooring down for just over a year, now. Am amazed by the beauty of this product every morning when I walk out and see the sun shining on it. This is waaay better than what any Brick and Mortar store offered at the same price, or higher. I waited almost 3 years to write this review....I come from a residential construction background and can say that this floor is hands down the best pre-finished floor on the market. I wanted a 5" wide board and knew from experience that an Engineered product was the way to go, solid wood is not something I wanted to play around with at that width or larger, too much risk with warpage etc.... After much research and discussion with Ken, we ordered Red Oak Reserve for a large expanse of great room/dining room combination. Like others, my husband and I had a bit of trepidation ordering online. I will say that EVERYTHING that Ken told us was exactly the way it came: price, shipping, timeline. And the engineered flooring is stunning! Our experience with Ken was first rate and we recommend Uptown Floors without hesitation.

Our floors are beautiful. I think my photos are a little misleading with the actual color and they look better in person. We got Rustic Charm Sand Drift clear and it was exactly what I wanted. Light, clean, modern. Ken was responsive and helped me understand what I wanted out of all the choices. One piece of advice for delivery, make sure you have at least 3 strong people to help unload the truck. We had the help of 2 contractors and my husband. I thought I’d be able to help, but it was too heavy for me.
