I was going to call this place for Laser Eye Surgery. I had a friend who had it done here, but after reading all these reviews I am having second thoughts.
Receptionists are awful. My pharmacy has tried to contact them several times to refill my prescription. They refuse to answer. I have been without my eyedrops since March now. No one ever answers the phone. They respond to emails, but won't actually do anything through email, they say to call. I do like the doctor. She is wonderful. She needs better staff.

Worst care ever. STAY AWAY. A family member went through cataract surgery and experienced side effect from it. An "emergency" number was given to us to contact in case of any issue. Vision was extremely blurry and was only able to see light post surgery. We dialled the number and was directed to the voicemail box right away although we called within the hours of operation between 6PM-8PM.
