I recently came here to accompany a family member. As soon as this family member began expressing their concerns, it was completely dismissed, with one male staff member standing at reception stated “what you’re saying is not true.” Which is a completely disrespectful way to treat a client expressing their distress and fears after receiving a check up at this institution. Good process for checking in for appointment. Great Doctor. Whoever schedules appointments need some training. I was out of the country so asked her to reschedule but she never got back. When I emailed after my return I was told I cancelled the appointment. I definitely cannot take an appointment when I am out of the country, duh ??
