Dr. Lili Tong did a fantastic job treating my mom's cataracts in both eyes. Before the surgeries, her vision was very blurry, and she struggled to see, especially at a distance. Her first surgery (left eye) was on June 17th, and everything went smoothly. We followed up at their second location (Vaughan) to confirm the results, and everything appeared to be in order. This is the worst medical office I have ever come across and I have worked in this type of job for 26 years. As a medical secretary I understand how it can be difficult for elderly patients to go through a phone option menu and they want to just speak to a person. Not everyone has access to internet or know how to use email, and yes there are still old school people in this world who don't have a laptop, tablet, or cell phone. I haven’t even gone to my appointment yet and I am already so frustrated with this company. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone I called over 40 times throughout this week to try to speak to someone about my appointment and never got through. I also sent numerous emails as they claim you will get a faster response and again no one has reached out to me. After reading the rest of the reviews I just cancelled completely. I went here for Narrow Angle Laser surgery and have had floaters in that eye since then and never before. I didn’t even notice an issue before. When I told the surgeon they said lots of people have floaters and the laser may have disrupted the gel.
I was going to call this place for Laser Eye Surgery. I had a friend who had it done here, but after reading all these reviews I am having second thoughts.
