Our first experience with Uptown Eye Care was today. Both my kids were seen. Every single staff member we met with kind and attentive. Dr. Gregory was amazing! So patient while explaining things to my children and during their examination. My son is getting glasses for the fist time and she explained throughly why he needed them and how they will work. It was such a wonderful experience overall, I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU!!
I never take the time to leave reviews on FB, but wanted to make an exception with Uptown Eye Care because I just received the best, most thorough, eye exam EVER! This was my first visit here. Dr. Happ, and all of her staff, were amazing, They took a good deal of time with me, explaining every little detail along the way. I will definitely recommend Uptown Eye Care to my family & friends. I can see why their rating is so high! Simply amazing from the time you walk through the doors! Dr. Gregory is fabulous. She took the time to she my daughter when she was suppose to be done for the day. That is what customers service is, and shows me that she truly cares for her patients. All of our vision care will be done here.
I wish I would have known to come here 10+ years ago! We have always received excellent customer service from everyone!
We love this place. My children actually yell "Yay!!" When I tell them we are going to the eye doctor. The Dr.'s and staff are simply amazing!
