Do NOT Live here. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was easily the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy — not even wiped down. The countertops were sticky, the vent filter above the stove was caked with grease (and when we asked for a replacement, maintenance just told us to clean it), and the carpet was so disgusting that we had to rent our own carpet cleaner. Dirty and door buzzer dont work, for price you pay ,they turned us off from Valparaiso university
Even though I had a pleasant experience with the staff I got very sick after I was finished seeing everything. Apartments are to close together, over crowded! Doesn't feel warmth of a home at all. The inside needs a makeover looks awful! I hate how they automatically add to your rent $55 dollars for internet & cable. I found a different apartment and only pay $15mo. Rent is over priced. They don't fix anything it's a hassle trying to get them to send someone.
I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany at Uptown east. She was very helpful and took me on a tour. Tiffany is definitely a asset for this apartment complex
