Currently living there since last month. I have 1 furnished bedroom studio. Most things works, but what made me tilt is the sheer unresponssiveness of staff. My washing machine, TV and one electrical outlet is non functional. Reported it staff after moving in and still no results. Maintenance guy named Jerry came in once, told me verbally they need to order a thing, checked with staff today and realised that no replacement order has been made. I wish my cousin would have stayed at uptown east everything in her apartment was updated and new and looked nice i mad she moved out of uptown east and moved to a nasty apartment somewhere else
Do NOT Live here. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was easily the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy — not even wiped down. The countertops were sticky, the vent filter above the stove was caked with grease (and when we asked for a replacement, maintenance just told us to clean it), and the carpet was so disgusting that we had to rent our own carpet cleaner. Dirty and door buzzer dont work, for price you pay ,they turned us off from Valparaiso university
