Even though I had a pleasant experience with the staff I got very sick after I was finished seeing everything. Apartments are to close together, over crowded! Doesn't feel warmth of a home at all. The inside needs a makeover looks awful! I hate how they automatically add to your rent $55 dollars for internet & cable. I found a different apartment and only pay $15mo. Rent is over priced. They don't fix anything it's a hassle trying to get them to send someone.
I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany at Uptown east. She was very helpful and took me on a tour. Tiffany is definitely a asset for this apartment complex
DO NOT RENT FEOM UPTOWN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!! MOLD IS EVERYWHERE AND THE OFFICE NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU ! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
Horrible place to live !!!!! Do not rent from uptown ! Mold mold mold in most apartments and they never want to fix anything that is not working and they take weeks to call you back if they even do !!!!
