Kristy listened to how I wanted my hair and gave me her thoughts on what would look good. I wanted a curly cut that would also look good straight. I'm very happy with my cut!
I was really looking forward to this appointment, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. When I arrived, the stylist was friendly and took time to ask questions before starting with a dry cut, which I appreciated. However, the experience became uncomfortable during the wash. The water was initially too hot and painful. I mentioned it, and she did adjust the temperature, explaining she was still getting used to the wash bowl. I came here to have a previous curly haircut corrected. I originally got a haircut at a different salon, which turned out very uneven and was not what I asked for. Kristy was able to fix the uneven sections and listened to my request for extra layers. I would definitely trust Kristy with my hair again and highly recommend her!
