Kailyn was great! Really listened to what I wanted and explained some processes I was unfamiliar with. What really got the 5 stars was her adjusting how she styled my hair since i didn’t love it because it didn’t look like how I usually styled my hair (I go for less volume, less curly than my hair can produce) I usually HATE how curly salons style my hair, but she took my feedback and adjusted the styling of my hair :) cannot recommend her enough! So satisfied with what I got and what I paid for!

I’ve been seeing Kailyn for a while now, her hands are magic when it comes to curl cut/color. She brings good vibes and energy, really engaging and makes you feel comfortable and takes her time. The only down fall is the owner Kristy is not approachable, not friendly, brings really bad energy to what should be a fun environment and good experience. Always seems to be in a hurry. I give Kailyn 5 stars and zero for Kristy which is bad being that she’s the owner…….

I will never patronize the place again. Not because I’m unhappy with my way too short cut that will take years to grow out when I don’t have years. Not because there is an unfriendly vibe from some of the stylists. But because the owner watched as my hair was shorn by an inexperienced stylist. Only after it was too late did she bark instructions/feedback. I felt badly for my sweet stylist. Then, the owner ignored a message I sent her, later. I had Amanda Higgins and she was AMAZING, she worked literally magic on my hair she was very helpful and understanding when I came in my hair was discolored and damaged from my hard water so she took the extra couple of hours to revive my hair. I had the best experience in her chair and will definitely be traveling the 4 hours back.
