Horrible experience. I wish I got the name of my lash tech but unfortunately did not. This place has decent reviews so I want to give the company the benefit of the doubt and assume she was new. I knew right away that she was an inexperienced tech when she started on my lashes without wiping them down first. Nothing personal. She was polite, and at first my lashes looked great.
