This bakery is so great... the owners are amazing and the cakes are to die for!
The cake they made for my daughter’s high school graduation was amazing! The details involved exceeded my expectations. It’s one thing to have a cake that looks good, but when it tastes as good as it looks, that’s a job well done!
We ordered 175 mini pies for my son’s graduation party last weekend. The whole process from ordering to delivery was fantastic! We ordered 4 flavors and it is hard to say which was our favorite. They were a huge hit! I can’t recommend them high enough!
Love this Bakery! They are always very good to my sons when we go in. For Mother's Day they didn't charge my son for a donut because there was a small nick out of it. My youngest always asks for 6 1/2 donut holes - they go with the joke and he loves it. Back in February I placed a special order for 16 glazed donuts for my sons 16th birthday - they got the order correct the 1st time! Past owners didn't get the concept.
I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered a cake for my son whos stationed at Offut AFB for his birthday. They said they would deliver today at 1:30. I had another Airmen in his squadron wait at the delivery location. Over an hour, drove to Uptown to see a hand written sign that said hours 5 to 11. My son didnt get his cake for his birthday, and I live in a different state so feeling so sad and terrible. I thought everything was going to be great for him, but obviously not. Ordered 5 dozen cookies and 5 dozen donuts they were awesome! Everyone at meeting was impressed.
This was an amazing place. The new owners are rude
Uptown provided all the sweet treats for my husband’s retirement party, and they were delicious! We got so many compliments on everything...thank you Uptown Bakery!!
