I have never had an issue coming here. I love the Alliance shop and especially Jenn and Chris!
Uptown ordered the incorrect tire size for my vehicle and we realized this when I showed up for my appointment. They worked to get the proper sized tires in first thing the next morning, (which were slightly more expensive). Instead of charging me for the difference, they honored the lower price they had quoted me at for the incorrect tires. This is an excellent demonstration of customer service!
Still waiting to hear if they will do anything to help me out since I just had them put a transmission in my car in Nov & had to have someone else put another one in. We'll see.....

Well it looks like you have not had a very good time. Sorry to hear this. First of all the $5.99 shop fee is a default charge brought up on the computer automatically and is never to be charged on an oil change. Its a charge for anything over $35 excluding oil changes, so an alignment charge there would be a fee. Most shops charge 6% of the bill no matter what your getting done regardless of the amount and also charge an oil filter disposal fee.
