A simple car wash turned into a scratched hood on my brand new car that I only had a week. The owner Chris tried telling me he didn't think it happened from his guy washing the car. He continued to tell me that the scratches looked like someone sat on the hood, a cat walked on it all kind of bs. He had an attitude with me because I was upset about my car which I have every right my car did not have scratches when I took it to be washed but when I get it back it does! Just had my first experience with Uptown! I'm not incredibly familiar with that area and had to spend two hours keeping myself occupied. The guys working were very friendly and pointed out places close by for me. They were nearly spot on with how long their services were and I didn't feel like I left not knowing what was going on with my car. I will be returning! Thanks Debo family for supplying such great service!
So happy with the service here. Staff very professional and friendly. Accomodating and affordable. Nothing an issue...they just take care of everything. Will be back for all my maintainance needs as well as any other issues that arise. Thanks Chris and staff
