It was good, Nice people. Detailing needs a little tighten up. The dealership has a nice inventory
Contacted dealer and initially my question wasn't answered (that seems to be the trend). Their fees are lower than at the bigger dealerships, and the lack of greed was a breath of fresh air. I test drove the car I inquired about, but it was in much worse shape than its age/mileage, and I did not consider buying it. I do not fault the dealer for this, as I haven't looked at their other cars.
Very satisfied with the overall experience courteous no pressure or overselling. Purchased the vehicle.

I contacted them letting them know that I was very interested in the vehicle. They did not yet have any photos of it up on the website. I spoke with a young man who said he would send me photos right away. I expressed my great interest and he said that they would work with me to quickly give me the information I needed to make a decision on the vehicle. I never received the photos called back later in the afternoon and they had sold the unit. Not very impressed with their lack of follow through.

We're very sorry for your inconvenience, however, i'm not sure you have the right dealership sir. all of our vehicles posted online and have photos for advertising. If you called for information on a vehicle and the vehicle was sold later that day, then this vehicle was still fair game to other interested buyers. Our Lot is a first come first serve dealership so if no deposit was made on the vehicle you had no rights to the vehicle. which vehicle were you inquiring about?

Uptown Auto contacted me quickly after I left them a message on Car Gurus. The car was exactly as they advertised, at the price they advertised. They were straight up honest with me and I really appreciate that. There was no pressure from the salesmen. They gave me the Carfax report, we test drove the car, talked about the cost (which was more than fair- I did my homework in advance), they took a deposit and held the car for me.
