After touring I wanted to apply and was willing to pay the fee even though I am looking multiple places. I was not informed that signing the application document was also signing a lease. The leasing agent, Danielle, used progressive verbiage as in “If you move in…” not “when you move in.” Two days later I made sure they knew I was unsure of moving and didn’t want a lease and I was told “Too bad.” As I already signed.
