These reviews were written a few years ago because I was living there when those managers worked at Uptown Arms Apartments. Unfortunately, new management has taken over. It appears to be a family business... A central location is the only good feature it offered when I moved out last year after many, many years of tenancy. Throughout the years, there were mold and water problems. Washing mold doesn't always solves the issue!
Best apartment managers ever! – Great location- good value! -Just Moved out last year after over 6-7 years. I wanted to stay in the area, but have an updated apartment. The managers are great,very helpful and they maintain the place the buildings very clean and nice. They are hard workers and always available for you. Best best apartment managers ever! . Excellent location - well maintained – Meticulously maintained, with good amenities such as flower gardens, roof top for sunning, clean laundry rooms, and EXPERIENCED resident managers with a nice sense of initiative to prevent problems and improve situations when there is a problem. Quiet, pretty, tree-lined street, strolling distance to shopping on 21st and 23rd, grocery stores, dry cleaning, restaurants and parks. Easy walking distance to buses and the MAX.
