Quiet place, walking distance to so many great restaurants/bars/coffee/donut shops. LaCar bar is fantastic and open till midnight daily. Vegan options all over the place. Hard kombucha on tap at Red Hot with a full vegan menu. Easy payportal app for rent too. Had a great zero deposit special deal, major incentive for me at the time. Great stepping stone place for my 13 year old son, my pets and me. Attended UWT and it was so close and convenient!
