I'm new to the community. No guidance or welcome information on the basic services, and HoA is not responsive to the queries. It's been one month and I don't even have access to my mailbox. Location is a big plus but that can't be an excuse for HoA quality of service.
As a resident it’s pretty disappointing how Upton treats its residents especially with the limited parking available. There is more availability to the shops that occupy the retail area, and limited option for its other residents to occupy the space. They call tows on all of the residents, changing their own guideline for parking. The building and space is fine but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay with this community. The walking distance from the mall and park only makeup for the disappointing HOA so much
