HORRIBLE! He lied about what he did on the stairs and the closets. We had to have another company come fix it. He got polyurethane on the baseboards and wall so now we have to have painting done. He didn’t tape off any of the rooms, leaving us with a mess like I have never seen before. It was so bad, we wouldn’t allow him back in the house. Do NOT ever use this guy. He cannot be trusted.
Apparently out of business and does not bother to let customers with a contract for work even know. Phone not working now. Sorry for your hard luck but a person with integrity would notify those he was doing business with. Sheryl Thomassen
My experience with the team that refinished my floor was awesome! My floor looks like new and the price was very fair:)
I had them install a floor for me in one of my rental properties. They did an amazing job and gave me the best price by far. I would highly recommend them to anyone and certainly plan on using them for any flooring needs in the future.
We had one room refinished and another installed hardwood to match the rest of our house. Mena and Chris did a beautiful job and were fantastic to work with - very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Upswing Flooring!

Mena and Chris are incredibly professional, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. They will help guide you through a complicated process, step by step. I have never been so happy with a contractor on a home improvement project. Using anyone other than upswing flooring, would be a mistake!
