This was the perfect environment and teachers for MBSR. I had wanted to participate for some time and only recently was fortunate to find an excellent class.
Take the class, take the class! Jemme and Hilda (and MBSR) pulled me thru a mid-life crisis at a fraction of the cost of running away to join the circus or buying a red sports car. Just do it.
I went through the series approx 2 years ago. Happy to say I still practice meditation. Hilda and Jemme are dedicated, professional, loving, caring, and compassionate people. I am thankful I had this opportunity, and I enjoy sharing its benefits with others.
