Went in today for an exam after seeing them post about giving back to the Military. I have never been to a chiropractor before but I will definitely be back! They explained everything so easily! It wasn't just a quick pop and you're done. He broke down what needed to be done and how we can do it. I will be referring friends for sure!
I may be a bit biased because I work here, but Upstate Spine & Sport is unlike any Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Jolson focuses on teaching principles that you can use and translate into your every day life. While Fran can relax your mind & body with her acupuncture techniques. The vibe here is very upbeat and pleasant and I've seen many patients (including myself) get better quickly and permanently. I would highly recommend Upstate Spine & Sport! 10/10!!!
