RecommendedGreat people to rent from. Been a tenant for 7years now and never had a problem with them.
Stay Away!!!!! These people have zero compassion for others. They don’t care what you are going through or if things in the place you are renting are broken. They just want their money. Told them for 4 months that things needed to be repaired (told them specifically what the issues were) they never even bothered to try to fix the stuff. But when it was time to pay rent they were quick to try to evict you. Stay as far away from these people as you can!
Very poor. They don’t tell you the truth and very bad customer service. I’m from out of state and I’m trying to get some information about the area. They keep saying there are NO apartments in the area. Only Spartanberg. And all they have here is “mobile homes” - trailers! Then the girl asks how much am I willing to spend! I replied that she either has apartments or she doesn’t. And she shut right up. I KNEW these people are NOT to be trusted. Stay far away.
