It may have taken over a year to find the right home, but with Jesse Card's help I just closed on my first home yesterday. Jesse was my first call when a home caught my attention, and has been by my side through the entire process. I couldn't have imagined going through all this without him. I would recommend him to any and everyone.
We finally own our own home, we closed yesterday!! He explained everything up front so I knew exactly what was going on, what to expect and in what time frame. He was always quick to respond to my questions. Applying for a mortgage is a very stressful process but Jesse made it quick and painless!!! Thank you Jesse!!!
My first stop was Syracuse Securities and the guy and his boss were rude and treated me and my agent like we were idiots. I went with Jesse Card and from start to finish my experience was nothing but positive. He went out of his way to make sure my deal was handled properly and was always available by call or text. Made the process less daunting and certainly easier on my work and home schedule. Nothing but positive.
We had talked to different banks and no one had any idea of customer service until our real estate agent got us in contact with Bob Crane.
