Do not go here if you need help in the home buying process. They pre qualify you and then it’s a pain to get any response or questions answered in the process. They seem to just not like to do their job. I worked with Wayne Frick. Had an awful experience so I spoke to his supervisor who didn’t do anything to help either.

Work with Jesse Card throughout my whole mortgage process and he knows his shit and is always on top of any issues that arise !!! I would suggest him to any one !! The only thing that Jesse needs to work on is being a buffalo bills fan !!

I worked with Jesse when buying a home in which he did an amazing job. He was very quick and thorough. I had no problems and he was always there for me when I had a question. I highly recommend upstate.
Needs to learn how to communicate. If you want lack of communication, to waste money to find out 2 weeks before closing that there is no loan despite an approval letter, this is the place. I would highly recommend going through a different agency.
I have done business with them over 10 years now and Petar Bojilevski and I have the same traits as to customer respect and satisfaction!!
